The volumes are organized around a shared landscaped courtyard filled with local lavender, stone-paved walkways, and integrated seating nodes framing panoramic views of the water. Deep architectural apertures and private cantilevered balconies provide essential sun-shading while establishing a fluid connection between contemporary coastal living and the rugged natural terrain.
