Ferma VIP is conceived as a balanced composition between architecture and landscape, where built volumes remain calm and grounded, allowing the surrounding nature to lead the experience. The project focuses on clarity of form, honest materials, and a warm, tactile atmosphere that feels both intimate and open. Spaces are organized to support daily rituals, social interaction, and quiet retreat, creating a seamless flow between interior and exterior. The architecture avoids excess, instead embracing proportion, light, and texture as primary design tools. Natural tones, soft transitions, and carefully framed views establish a sense of continuity, where each space feels connected yet distinct.
Beyond its physical form, the project reflects a slower rhythm of living. Light becomes a guiding element throughout the day, shaping the mood of each space, while materials age gracefully and gain character over time. The design encourages a lifestyle that is both grounded and elevated—simple in its essence, yet rich in experience.
