A 24-storey mixed-use tower on Vlora’s waterfront, balancing the scale of the coastline with the urban fabric behind. A timber-clad plinth activates the ground level, while a clear system of deep balconies defines the facade.

Living area defined by natural light, soft materials, and uninterrupted sea views

The tower is conceived as a vertical extension of the waterfront promenade, establishing a strong relationship between the city and the sea. A carefully articulated facade system creates depth, shading, and privacy, while the warm material palette softens the scale of the building within the coastal context. The project combines residential, hospitality, and public functions into a unified architectural expression overlooking the Ionian coastline.
